With the statistics, we come to know Non Traditional Areas are expanding their frontier on a year over year basis with shot in the arm in finding the buyers for their goods when compared to the traditional areas whose growth is stunt or on a marginal level. With the brisk expansion, non traditional areas next step would be to bring out specialty coffee out of their regions just similar to traditional one like Mysore nuggets, Pulneys, Anamalais, etc.

The best possible way for planters it may either be small, large, traditional or non traditional area growers, to find a quick market with a better pricing for their produce is by way of profiling their produce (coffee) and their growing areas. It would ease the process for buyer to decide whether to go for the bag or not as the buyer will know what kind of coffee beans he wants for his business.
